Welcome to Vee's single rooms.
Double bedroom. Suitable for a single person, however, a single bed can be placed in the bedroom for working buddies who go to work together. Short stay available. On-road parking, local nearby shops, and nearby bus stops to the city center. Suitable tenants will have access to the bathroom with all the necessary features, a shower included. If you enjoy cooking, you will have access to a large kitchen. The living room is my working environment and will not be available.
The bedroom door has a key and a push button inside for added security.
References are required before acceptance.

Cost and Payment:

Deposit: Negotiated. Depending upon the duration of stay.

Six months short-term stay deposit - £200.00 plus your first-month pay of £700.00

All payments must be made via bank transfer.

The cost of your bedroom is £25.00 per night. £175 per week. £700.00 per calendar month

Available now, minimum terms - 1 month - maximum term 6 months can be negotiated.

Cancellation Policy:

If you fail to show up after paying your first payment, it will be considered non-refundable.

Smoking cigarettes, vapes, or any other form of smoking is strictly prohibited inside the

house and your bedroom.

Smoking is permitted only outside of the house.
